d3dx9_26.dll may not be exported, or a corrupted version of d3dx9_26.dll may be in memory. Consider using Pview to detect the file and remove it.
Please search for d3dx9_26.dll in your computer, tell me how much result you found.

You should read this page carefully.
If you don't change the default path, the windows/system32 folder should under
c:/
Just copy the dll file you downloaded here, and register it.
You can see how to register the dll at the top of this page.
After you register, this error should be gone.

Some games ask you insert cd-rom to make sure you've bought the game.not just borrow from other guys and setup on your computer.

When u insert a most wanted disk and install the game; also install the directX program which is present in the disk.
Easier than installing a service pack 3.

I found that file by Installing Splinter Cell DA. It was showing that d3dx9_30.dll not found. Then I install the DirectX includes in that disk. And I spotted that d3dx9_30.dll is a directX file. It works. Trust me.

I am using Windows 7 and when I ran Warcraft 3 it says it need d3dx9_26.dll into the system folder and did not help. I then place it in the Warcraft folder and it started running. Hope this works for you guys.

first download d3dx9_26 and then exe that file ,,,, after go to nfsmw folder and paste the exe file d3dx9_26 and then restart the computer , and then open the nfsmw folder and then play the game

Hi,when i tried to register this d3dx9_26.dll it says that the
d3dx9_26.dll was loaded but the entry piont DLLRegisterServer was not Found
Make sur that d3dx9_26.dll is a Valid DLL or OCX file then try again

No Problem....U first Install "Need for Speed™ Most Wanted PC Demo"......After that no need to change ur registry files....
