When I run this command from the start - run - "regsvr32 *.dll" I get this error message Windows cannot find "regsvr32 *.dll" Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again. To search for a file click the start button and then click search.

I actually did do a search for the file and it turned up nothing.

First,download this dll file, extra it, and copy to c:windowssystem32
And go to start-run, in this case, please input:
regsvr32 advrcntr2.dll
And press ok, this dll will be register.
