the meggage
the system SLL user32 was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation becouse the DLL C://wondows/system32SHELL32.dll occupied and address range reserved for windows system DDLss. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DDL.

how to register dll:

After you download "*.Dll" on your machine,copy it to windows/system32/, go to "start" ==> "run" and type "regsvr32\*.dll" to register the file to the system.
