Im looking for Packet.dll working for Vista Home Premium.

Error messages:
"The procedure entry point PacketGetReadEvent could not be
located in the dynamic link library packet.dll"

After I tried "regsvr32 packet.dll" in CMD:
"The module "packet.dll" was loaded but the entry-point
dllRegisterserver was not found."

Any Thoughts? - HELP PLEASE
