How to register dll,How to install or reinstall :

After you download "*.Dll"(file extension dll) on your machine, copy it to
windows/system32/
Go to "start" ==> "run" and type "regsvr32 *.dll" to register the file to the system. For windows 95/98/xp/2000/vista/win7,and win vista,no dlls is corrup!

When you play Zoo Tycoon 2, Fable,F.E.A.R, The Lord of the Rings, The Elder Scrolls , Age of Empires, Flight Simulator X, The Godfather ,you may get such error:

"This application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

You should try to fix DirectX.

Go to the Windows START Menu.
Select RUN
Type dxdiag and click OK.

DirectX Diagnostic Tool will show up. This tool will help you to fix the error.

You can also read the DirectX version information near the bottom of the box. Some games request DirectX10 or higher.

hi sir
i have this problom when i try to play the games it gives me this massege--the application has failed to start becaus d3dx9_27.dll was not found re-instaling the application --
