Why do you need this dll? As a said before, some spyware always generate some weird dll, you must make sure this dll is not part of spyware.
And could you please tell me which program ask for this dll? I'll try to find it for you.

well one day i was on the internet jus cheking emails and then i loaded up my Ares Destiny Music Downloader as usual...and after a couple suddenly my computer had gotten slower and froze up...i tried to click and then i got and error....when i restart it....it is slow at loading to the logon screen...and when i logon is takes forever to load...and when i finally got on there....there was only my wallpaper and nothing else...then my startbar bar and desktop would appeat then dissappear it would do this for a couple minutes then dissappear for good.....i tried to restore it but there are no valid restore points...except for that day when it started to mess up...i dont know whats going on...it does the same in safe mode and all accounts....

You really should scan for spyware and virus right now.
And don't login to your email/bank account.
After you remove all virus and spyware, you may also need to reset all your password. Because some spyware will send your account information out.

hi, i am having serious trouble with nearly every program (firefox, itunes, microsoft word) and they all say the netjwo.dll is missing. I cannot find this anywhere and none of my programs work so all I can do is search internet explorer for help. Is this dll out there??
